  • You can reach us anytime via our contact page or email. We aim to respond quickly—usually within one business day.

  • If you'd like to amend your order, please get in touch with us as soon as you can.

    Unfortunately if the order has already reached processing, or has shipped, we will not be able to make any changes.

    Some couriers allow the recipient to amend/delay their delivery date. As all our baked goods are made fresh to order, if you opt to change/delay your delivery date directly with the courier, we cannot accept any liability for freshness or perishability of your order.

    Changing your delivery date does not alter our bakery production schedule, so the goods you receive will have originally been baked to arrive on the original delivery date.

  • We are unable to accept returns for perishable items, including all food items.

  • INCORRECT, FAULTY, DAMAGED OR NOT AS DESCRIBED?

    We take every precaution to make sure our goods are of excellent quality and reach you in good condition. Should there be any issues with your goods, please contact us, explaining the issue, as soon as possible at: sales@sunandmoonbakery.co.uk

    We will respond to your email without delay and resolve your complaint as soon as possible. We may ask you for photographs, or to return the goods to us.

    • You are responsible for return postage costs, if your return is accepted, this will be refunded

    • Please enclose your original packing slip, or a note including your full name and order number so that we can match the return with your account

    • We recommend obtaining a 'proof of postage' receipt from your chosen courier, and opting for a tracked service

    REFUNDS

    Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. 

    We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

    If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

    Refunds are actioned without undue delay and within a maximum of 14 days of us receiving the item back. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

    We will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery. 

    We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
