Our brown-butter dough is packed with oversized chunks of smooth milk chocolate and baked until golden. Crisp at the edges, soft in the center, and finished with a celestial sparkle of sea salt.
Our signature celestial vanilla sponge is light and airy, delicately soaked in a zesty house-made orange syrup for a burst of sunshine in every crumb. Wrapped in a sunset swirl of vanilla buttercream and crowned with a golden Sun-and-Moon seal.
Our brownies are baked with Belgian chocolate for a glossy, melt‑in‑your‑mouth texture and deep, starlit cocoa flavour.
